This is a really easy, quick, delicious way to make an Asian meal. Just drop in the #instantpot, add sauce, your own extra ingredients, maybe some chicken and in 10 minutes you're a home-chef! It was so easy and so delicious!
The image of this product on the packaging is so misrepresentative of what's inside that I laugh a little inside every time I see it. To be clear: I like it. I buy it. But what's in the bag is NOT what's in the picture. This mix is primarily made up of cast-off broccoli stalk pieces but into a large dice. I assume but would put money on this being a strategy by the R&D dept to use what would otherwise be mostly trashed. The breakdown of actual veggies goes like this: 60% broccoli stalk pieces. 20% carrot strips. Maybe a dozen pieces of baby corn. A handful of mushroom pieces & bell pepper strips are sprinkled in. Then they take exactly 3 snap peas and carefully place them in each bag. So, overall: a balanced mix of noodles to veggies with a decent sauce that requires only 10min and a skillet w a lid and a bit of oil. But, that said, the image on the bag is just a total lie.
I buy it because that's all our store carries. Like said in other reviews, no the best veggies. 2 baby corn, 3 mushrooms(I got lucky) and lots of stocks. Can't kill their profit to add a few more good stuff in the bag. Do better Birds Eye. Thanks
I have tried this twice, thinking it had to be a fluke the first bag was mostly carrots. Nope. Apparently not. I like carrots, but I prefer more green in my stir fry.
I agree with so many of the other reviewers - it is a bag of carrots with some brocolli. About a tablespoon of mushrooms and 2 OF THE TINY EARS OF CORN. Two. Seriously? Not happy; will look for a different brand for next vegetable needs.
Too many carrots but great sauce. Why did it change? Is it over the weight carrots equals weight save money? Or is there a vegetable shortage. In the past I loved this product.
I always buy this product. I love the fact that this blend includes baby corn. I recently bought 2 bags of the family size and neither bag had any baby corn ,1 mushroom, 2 pieces of red peppers, few water chestnuts, and I tone of broccoli and carrots. If I wanted broccoli and carrots only I could buy bags of those!!! GET IT RIGHT BIRDS EYE!!!! SIGNED LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO GOING TO LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU DONT!!!
I had this before but this time around BOTH sauce packets were missing. I got the family size packet.
I opened up this is bag and 90% of the bag was filled with carrots. If I wanted a carrot stir fry I would have brought a bunch of carrots and made it myself. Birdseye charging a huge amount just to mislead the buyer. I will not buy again
There was two spears of baby corn in it and maybe one mushroom. It's mostly carrots and large pieces of broccoli.
