Like to keep these tri-color pepper and onion frozen medley to add to several dishes. They are handy when you need just a few instead of fresh peppers and onions which tend to spoil before I can use them.
The brand has good quality. Microwaves well and useful for different dishes.
I like peppers and onions on my cheesesteaks and for the price you can't beat it. I buy one of these bags about twice a month. Birds Eye makes good stuff cheap.
I used these peppers with the sliced beef and my stir-fry was perfect.
I love fahitas and Birdseye makes it easy to have restaurant quality fresh tasty chicken or steak fahitas at home any time you want for the whole family at a reasonable price.
Fragrant and flavorful, despite being from the freezer. I use this all the time for a quick taco topper, omelette addition, or coconut curry add-in. Slightly less snap than fresh, for obvious reasons, but a must for the freezer on off-season times or to circumvent out-of-stock issues for fresh produce. They're pre-chopped, so that saves even more time when you're in a bit of a hurry.
The peppers and onions are frozen fresh and smell great right out of the freezer. Unfortunately, the package makes it appear the vegetables are cut into fajita-style strips, but they are much closer to being diced. This has been observed to be the norm rather than the exception.
This helped with quick prep at dinner time. It is perfect for pepper steak and fajitas.
Do not get these. Get me 3 green bell peppers
Too much onion. The onion was in huge pieces. One piece was almost half of a small to medium onion. The pepper pieces weren't uniform at all. Useless.
