Received the physical gift card but no way on how to activate it. Doing the chat bot thing gives you a number to an automated system that does NOT give you the option to talk to a live person and just runs you in circles with no results.
I purchased these for my children, for Easter. They were very excited. They each ran up to their Xbox to enter the PIN and redeem their gift, only to find out that they were not activated, prior to being shipped. I spent a significant amount of time trying to work with Walmart's customer service, only for them to tell me that this couldn't Even be addressed for 2 days. After I explained why that was unacceptable for the situation, I was directed to contact Microsoft's customer service. ***John at Microsoft was amazing and got my kiddos their Easter gifts.***
bought 2 cards walmart activated one butnever activated the 15.00 card. these werenought for my grandson for his birthday. daughter in law called they still have not sent an activation code. so i guess she can take it to the store and retun it for a gift card very very disappointed
No one at walmart customer service helped me in any way to get this card activated or send one out activated I paid for this product this was a gift for my grandson and no one couldn't help me resolve the issue

literally scratched off back ,entered code then got this for a physical. i need someone to check when card was redeemed and give me a $50 refund. this is why i hate shopping online
I am very unhappy with the outcome of this purchase. I had it sent to my grandson in Oregon. He tried to use it and was told it hadn't been activated. I contacted Walmart customer service, and I was told it couldn't be activated. I then spent 51 minutes on the phone with various representatives. Finally I was told by someone named Bob that the order would be cancelled and a refund issued. He was very pleasant and apologized for my inconvenience, but that $50 refund has not turned up anywhere that I can find. I checked my Walmart account, my checking account, and my credit card account. Can you tell me when and how I will receive this refund?
ordered this online, it was delivered by mail. once gotten, the 2 gift cards were not activated. called customer service, they sent me to gift card services, who sent me back to customer service, who then decided i needed to call xbox directly. tried to do a return, had a barcode that stated to go to my walmart store to return. they would not take a gift card return, and now i cannot correct the manner in which i return . FRUSTRATED
This card would not activate and even though it was Sold and Fulfilled by Walmart, they would not refund me for it. I looked at reviews after my purchase and see MANY customers complained about the same exact thing, yet Walmart continues to sell Xbox cards that are invalid or scam cards. They won't refund me either. Disgusting customer service. I will never purchase a gift card from Walmart ever again. Do NOT buy xbox gift cards from Walmart!
I revived it in a fast shipping but it wouldn't let me redeem do not recommend buying online
