Tried one the night they arrived. I've used Breathe Right for several years and have been satisfied, but was glad to find a more economical product. I have a deviated septum and had spent years with s stuffy nose at night, often finding it very difficult to stay asleep. When I discovered nose strips, it was like a miracle! These work fine and I haven't experienced any of the problems others have mentioned. I would definitely recommend them to save money. If you want to save even more money, cut off the ends after 1 or 2 uses and tape each end with Nexcare cloth tape that comes on a dispenser like Scotch tape. I can use the same nose strip over and over.
Without one of these, I don't sleep because my husband's snoring keeps me awake. He dutifully puts one on every night and we both sleep better. This one works just as well as the national brand at a fraction of the cost. I'm sold.

These were not effective in reducing snoring or making breathing easier.
Hard to take backing off strip. Strip sticks well, too well. Hard and painful to take off in the morning.
