Have always counted on Rust-Oleum for paint our metal structures. Never disappoints. Last purchase was to paint basketball pole and gave a fresh look.
This spray paint goes on smooth Nice finish looks like hardened metal I redid all my patio chairs They look like new
This Rust-Oleum rust reformer is the best- no more unsightly rust on my outdoor furniture and decor. i just go around my backyard looking for any rust and then quickly and easily just spray it away. Black really comes in handy on my black metal furniture making it look like new again. Saves me so much money not having to replace costly items.
It is a good base coat on metal items that have started to rust. Use as a final finish or apply another coat of paint over it
I am presently restoring a Classic Automobile that has some surface rust in areas I cannot get to easily. I wire brushed the area as much as possible then coated it with the Rust Reformer. It turns the rust into a paintable surface and I can be certain it wont come back after I paint it. I've used it for other jobs as well and it works.
The product worked great, finger spray knob Should be wider. That would be easier to hold down, when painting!
Actually does chemically bond to the rust. Remove the flakey rust, then spray this stuff. The rust won't be back, unlike that spray paint that says, "stops rust,"
I use this rust reformer under my truck to cover the rust from northern winter abuse (shhh... I'm selling it soon) and it's really amazing. It's been about a year since I first applied a single coat to the rusty driveshaft and springs and other stuff and for the most part they are all still painted flat black. There are a couple of rust spots that I noticed coming through a month ago so I resprayed those and they are well covered now. I feel this is a great solution to the rusty undercarriage of a car or truck and will keep your wheels going round for a long time. Maintenance coats are realistic.
I bought this to cover some small rust spots on outdoor patio chairs. It covered it really well and looked great after it dried. You wouldn't know I sprayed them by looking at them.
Easy to use with little prep time. Helped a rusty old riding lawn mower deck look like new again.
