This fan is so quiet that I keep having to check to see if it is on! It is every time! I love it. I have accidentally left my computer on all night and it was still cool when I got up in the morning. I have been very happy with this fan and the price makes it even better.

I think it's an all right cooling pad for the price. If you're looking for something to hold in your lap or set on your bed then this works. If you're looking to keep your laptop from overheating as it was doing to me, then probably not. It only reduced the temperature by around 2 degrees Celsius.
