Looked at all the other hand held gps units and no one could compare to the Garmin Rino 520. Has so many features that any hunter or fisherman can use. Highly reccomend.
I bought this for my b/f and he is so excited with his new toy! We have to buy a sim card so he can download maps and etc. but he can't wait to try it out this hunting season. Was a decent price for what you get, might be a little bit over the top as far as necessity but it doubles as a GPS which is nice.
Worth every penny and more! I am not a computer guy, but my Garmin is easy to use even for me! I am an AVID Deer Hunter and can now hunt further into the woods and find my way around with confidence. I can track my route, mark spots to find again easily, talk with buddies on the Walkie Talkie (even if they have other frequencies from other walkie talkies). All my hunting buddies are buying the Garmin now that they see how awesome it is.
Overall great device. Fairly easy to use. The only minor flaw is you have to be walking for the compass to be accurate, and it's not that big of a deal. Other than that, it's one of the greatest devices invented.
