After some serious product hunting, I can confidently say that Yerba Prima is the real deal. i am 68 years young! Yerba Prima psyllium husks keep the bowels moving in an easy way. I have been using this product for years and it works great! If you are trying this for the first time, I recommend starting out with a small dose until you become used to it.
