I bought this game for my 10 yr old for Christmas. She loves it. I have played it and it is really fun. It has several levels and your game is saved at each level so you never have to replay everything. It makes your mind work and also opens up new areas where you can construct and play your own levels, which promotes lots of creativity and logic. I would absolutely recommend it.
Birthday gift for 10-yr. son, he really enjoys it. It has worlds and levels almost like the original Mario Bros. for the orginal ninetendo system, with Donkey Kong waived into it.
My daughter (10) loves this game, it is challenging enough and there are levels that you have to pass to keep going. She loves the challenge and keeps her interested for awhile. Definitely would recommend.

Purchased this game for my 6 yr old son and he just loves it. The game starts out easy and continues to get harder but not too hard. There is a fun section in the game called construction zone and you can build your own courses.
Great Xmas gift
Mario is a great game. My daughter has enjoyed all 3 games by the mario brothers. You get your money's worth and a lot of challenges.
My 5 year old grandson has a good time with this game. It's challenging, but he keeps going. One of his favorites.

this the second mario donkey kong i bought and sent to my grandson in spain. neither worked. needless to say the poor little boy was once again devastated. it must be that specific one as he has other mario's bought from here that work very well. too much trouble for them to return and expensive. but i am very, very deisappointed,.
