I live with an chronic illness and take a lot of prescription medication which causes me fatigue and lost of appetite. I use ensure to maintain my muscle and weight, also by using ensure on a regular basics it allows my body to receive the nutrients my body needs in order to stay healthy and strong. After surgery in 2023, I lost weight at age 73! I have always been lean & fit & over the decades I have weighed about 110 lbs @ 5'2" & I am very active & healthy. Yoga & gardening & hiking are my go-to's for fitness. After surgery (shoulder replacement), I dropped down to 95 lbs. I eat a very balanced diet and take vitamins daily. Before surgery the doctor had me taking the ENSURE SURGERY drink. I was very surprised at how good it tasted! After surgery, I wanted to gain weight. I have always had a great appetite and have not always gained much weight from eating more than usual. I bought the ENSURE PLUS for the vitamins & protein that it had. It tasted great too (I was surprised!) I have decided that I will continue to drink the ENSURE PLUS daily as I do not always remember to take my vitamins. It is now my morning "I've got the day covered" drink. At my age... I am glad to have added an additional healthy & easy addition to my older but healthy life!

I am a cancer survivor. It's difficult for me to swallow, no chewing food. This really works. Gives my body the needed nutrition I need. I prefer Vallina, allows me to flavor it the way I want. Great with candy bars, and of course ice cream, and fruits. I blend them. Great product.
I have tasted a few flavors of ensure products and the that is the best iscthe dark chocolate. It is rich and creamy, I was very happy when we found that flavor.
I bought this four months ago when my husband had to have emergency surgery to have a colostomy bag put on. We have been drinking it ever since. We buy the 24 count.
I've been drinking the 30 g high protein for many years. I find that some days when my appetite is low, or I just don't want to eat, a 30 G protein will keep me energetic until my body is ready for a full meal.
I drink two a day and wish they were bigger. Loving Butter Pecan for at least five years. A friend gave me a bottle. Never get tired of it like chocolate or vanilla. Wish more products came in Butter Pecan.
this supplement product is so helpful and convenient, it helps with getting the nutrition in. its a little thick but its taste pretty good, i have tried some other brands but this one is my favorite not too to thick and not chemically, the taste is acaully is good. the only thing is that the dark chocolate is a little more thicker in my option, and this supplment might leave you with being bloated a little and gas but other whys its a great product. great product for someone who is recovery.
My 17 year old son has been drinking Ensure Vanilla his whole life, Pedisure as a child. The new recipe for the vanilla is not tolerable and he can not stand to even drink it. It's expensive and it's a shame to waste the two cases I just bought, but the new recipe is not palatable. We will be trying another product, perhaps Equate which I've heard is similar to the old Ensure recipe.
