Great taste
I have used this protein for years after having stomach surgery. This is a really good way to get my protein in for the day. I mix it with tea and drink it sometimes twice a day. This is getting harder to find and I'm very glad that Wal-Mart had it available. It's yummy.
I have to have this because of my surgery.

Good
It says Fruit Punch but it is Watermelon (which is what I wanted). Both do taste good and are a great protein drink for post-workout. I pour it over a 1/2 full frozen water bottle. By the time the workout is over it's nice and cold and diluted with the melted ice.
Liquid candy taste! Drinking only 4 ounces per serving takes longer than expected, but it seems to be a good way of adding protein without fat and carbohydrates.
