I'm so glad that I was able to purchase a 4-pack of our favorite Tassimo cappuccino with the ease of home delivery at a great price. However, one of my milk packages had opened in transit, or perhaps before, and leaked onto the inner boxes in one of the sealed packs. Thankfully, I only lost one of the milks, but it sure made a mess! I will purchase this set again, no doubt about it!
Top notch cappy. Minor drawback is milk is just a bit too sweet (don't forget to shake the creamer before brewing). But overall, delicious.
I got the Tassimo coffeemaker for Christmas, and really like Starbucks, so was upset to find out that Starbucks was going away from Tassimo. So on a mad search for this product, I find on Ebay but at high prices. Walmart has the best price of them all! Thank you Walmart!
I admit, one thing that drew me in was the Starbucks Cappucino Primo, but I'm not about to toss a (in my opinion) superior single cup brewer because they lost Starbucks. These tasted great, but the Gevalia tastes great as well! Once these are gone, I'd suggest the Gevalia in place of it. Still have yet to try the Maxwell.
Great taste. Compared to Grevalia's (which is good) cappuccino, this espresso is a bit stronger and the milk tastes fresher.
The milk has a tad of canned aftertaste but actually surprisingly decent. I recommend it if you have to have milk in your coffee.
I am not much of a Capuccino drinker, however, the SB Primo Cap delivers a nice smoothy taste; especially when I am wanting to drink something not as bold as the Verona or he Carte Noire Kenya. Even with the amouht of creamer, you can still taste the right amount of coffee flavor. if you still find it! Go for it!
You do get what you pay for! This is the best cappuccino for the Tassimo brewer that you can buy. The flavor of the espresso is incredible and the milk foams up better than the standard cappuccino milk pods. The only drawback is these milk pods make a mess of my machine. Often, the milk covers the barcode reader and it needs to be wiped off for it to read the espresso pod. Yes, that's right, the milk is brewed first in this cappuccino. If the milk came out clean, this would get five stars. The espresso is bold. It smells like you are in your local green logo'd barista bar.
I think this drink is alright but it is not sweet enough for me, personally. I prefer the Maxwell cappuccino because it is flavorful but not as bold. Plus, it is significantly cheaper.
I like many others bought my Tassimo machine because of SB's and I used it exclusively with SB's until I found out they were no longer going to be offered. I loved the brewer so it forced to try the other brands like Jacobs, Gevalia and MH. I love the Gevalia lattes and capps! Thay taste better than any of the others even SB's! If you like a really creamy latte or capp go for Gevalia. I also like the Jacobs latte. It makes a really large sized latte and tastes great. The MH is priced so well it is hard to beat and tastes pretty good also. I will not miss SB's at all. I am glad I tried the other varieties :)
