Love how this product gets rid of my heartburn. My symptoms feel worse than the heartburn but when I took Prilosec, it helps me with relief soon after taking it.

Like most Americans I'm unable to afford my prescription right now. Prilosec is a lifesaver. Prilosec never fails me. It controls my GERD.
Definately works for acid reflux! I can eat whatever I want and have no more problems. My Dr. also told me that I CAN take it everday as well, though the directions on the box say that you should not. Ask your Dr. , you'll be glad that you did! Excellent product that actually works, I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having the stomach of a goat, I very rarely suffer from heartburn, so I gave my sample of Prilosec OTC to a patient who cannot be leaned back too far during dental treatments and exhibits enamel erosion due to acid reflux, yet is too stubborn to seek medical attention. His wife called me about a week later to thank me. It seems when her man-baby is uncomfortable, the whole family is uncomfortable. When he returned for his follow up appointment three weeks later, he hugged me. We were able to lean him back until the change fell out of his pockets. Prilosec OTC is taken once a day for a 14 day course. It is not a product to take for immediate treatment of heartburn. The insert on the box states it takes at least a day to 4 days to reach its full effect. Our patient felt relief of his symptoms within two hours of initial dosage, and was enjoying being symptom free a week after his last dose. Your mileage may vary in terms of relief and how long the relief lasts. It is a tiny coated pill, like a flattened allergy medication and easy to swallow. It is also available in wild berry flavor. Did Prilosec OTC save my patient's marriage? It is a distinct possibility. It most definitely alleviated his symptoms and I would not hesitate to recommend it to those suffering frequent heartburn.
I was getting hart burn alot and i take outhe brands . And would take 3 pills at a time to slow it down but not stop it. I got this toock one pill and i stoped. Not only that it stayed away for 2 days ! It was a god sent !
This particular brand of OTC PPI has great results in minimum time. Gassiness and stomach pain is reduced in no time flat. I am able to eat and enjoy a complete meal.
Damaged box and looks like retaped back. Please don't sell damaged items more so with medications!
