I will only buy U by Kotex because I have skin allergies to adhesive's and this is the only product that doesn't break me out. I have since switched all my product to kotex and they cover all my needs Thanks Kotex

Better than Always and worth the price!!
Unfortunately, the updated version is disappointing. I was on my way to work when I realized that I didn't have any with me so I recently bought the new version without really thinking about it being different than what I bought before. While at work I noticed the difference immediately. They feel different and as a result, I didn't feel as secure. I ended up having to make many trips throughout the day to change and fix placement, As the pad would adjust unfavorably as I moved which didn't happen with the old version. I am not sure why/when this change in product quality occurred, I even went searching online thinking I bought the wrong product. I had an unopened box of the original version at home and compared them, the differences are obvious. The amount in each box has changed from 16 to 14, price has not changed, however. The pads themselves have different textures to them and possibly weight as well. The new version does not feel as smooth and almost feels like there is an exposed cotton layer of some sort. Lengthwise they look to be about the same. The old version has an Xpress Dri core that doesn't seem to have made it to the updated version, even if the box claims it is the same. I understand that this product may work for some people, however, it no longer does for me. A product I have used and relied on for many years is going to be hard to replace but I have no choice. I have just enough of the original to last me till I find a new product that fits my needs. I will be donating the rest of the box of the new version, and encourage everyone that is able to do the same. Many women's shelters will accept unopened single pads and tampons.
I've been using this brand for years, probably for 6 years already and I absolutely loved them I felt comfortable and I never once had a leak accident, however over the past months I realized that the pad had changed I thought at first that I had bought the wrong kind and then bought them again and that's when I noticed that they changed again I compared three pads of the same brand size and everything and they were all different the size was the same but the texture and even weight felt off. This new one feels like more cotton and I didn't like the feeling of it also I started noticing that I would leak and before I never had this issue I don't know what the company changed but I don't feel like this change helped. I'm considering looking into changing pad brand which is truly a bummer because these were my favorite for years
I recently bought the new version of these pads and I'm grossly disappointed... I had been buying these pads for years. they WERE the best ones on the market but, these new versions are literally falling apart after less than a hour of wear! The mesh on the absorbent side of the pad is coming off after just minutes of wear. The wings also don't stick very well and are in a shape that just doesn't work. They seem shorter than they were before as well. So in conclusion I will have to find a different brand to buy from now on.
I bought 4 packets all at once and probably had 6 pads that were usable. The plastic strip that stops the pad from sticking to the packaging is missing in the majority of them - trying to remove the packaging results in ripping the pad.
I've been a loyal buyer of these pads for 6+ years. Literally THE ONLY pads I like to use and feel confident using with heavy periods. I just bought a box and am so so disappointed with the changes. The product is the same price but worse quality…not nearly as absorbent as before, doesn't stay in place and go through them way faster than before. These absolutely do not feel secure or leak proof. The original version I would recommend hands down. These are trash and I do not recommend.
I came to this brand for the fitness pads. Discontinued. Moved to regular heavy flow and while the fit was uncomfortable it still held up. Now you done changed my replacement with this clean wear! Not impressed kotex. Don't fix what isn't broke. These new clean wear aren't nearly absorbent. I bleed out the sides so quickly! To be honest the moment I opened it up I was take back by the texture. The single good thing I can sat about these pads is they are comfortable although a little hotter. I was more likely to not feel like I was wearing a pad. (This of course wouldn't be something I'd mention if I could still buy kotex fitness because it actually fit my body). Bottom line product is horrible! I'm so tired of my products being replaced and with a worse product! I am moving on to look for other brands.
I used to ONLY use The Always brand but then switched to only buying these pad and love them. Lately I've been having issues when it comes to changing the pads (I changed them a lot) and they are way too stuck to my underwear, to the point where the wings are stuck at the back of my underwear and I am u able to remove it, even after washing them. I've never had this problem before until this year!
