They absorb liquid fast and I never felt wet when wearing them. They really stayed in place and you could not hear them when I walked. These pads are the best I have tried so far. The wings stay in place and I have confidence that I will not have an accident during the night.

These were thin and easy to wear and didn't feel clunky. They stayed put and didn't leak. Easy to change and there was no smell. Definitely recommend.
I was not part of this testing but as a women that gets a heavy period I wanted to share my honesty review. I didn't think these were going to work as well as they did. I bleed very heavy and was skeptical. I like that they are not 4 inches thick . I feel confident that ilI don't have to worry about leaking or people noticing that I am wearing a pad . I buy them every month
I was pleasantly surprised with these i usually use a different brand but i gave the U by Kotex a try because the price was good and they did not let me down no leaks or accidents i highly recommend and the wrapping is cute.

The U by Kotex Allnighter is perfect, its long enough and wide enough. And it sticks well, which allows it to stay in place even when am tosing and turning.
These pads are fifteen and three-quarter inches long, and six inches wide at the back. Might work for a thoroughbred, but did not work for me.
