The hardware is beautiful and 'The Last of Us' is one of the best game I've ever played. Item arrived in perfect condition.
I bought this system about a week ago. It was a great price at $349.99 especially since it included a game code. The game code took a little time to figure out as you don't add it on the playstation store on the console. You have to do it exactly as the directions say in pamphlet. Going online to enter the code to get the code to enter in the playstation store is a little confusing, but that is a Sony issue not a SAMs issue. The system works great and was ready within about 12 hours of ordering. Glad I purchased it!

I bought this for my son as a graduation present, it arrived within a few days at the cheapest price I had seen to date and no beating the crowds. Can't get any better than that ...
I recently bought the ps4 for my son as a Christmas present. The shipping and delivery was perfect. The ps4 looked great and my son was excited and ready to play. However, due to server issues with Sony, my son couldn't play the playstation until days after Christmas. He finally was able to get on the server and play a few demos but not the game that came with the ps4. It is January 5, 2015 and the redeem code that came with the game still doesn't work. I tried to contact Sony but so far unsuccessful. Sam's did a great job, now I wish Sony do the same.
