Brand new in the box. Exactly what I ordered. Came a lot faster than I expected. Really easy company to work with will for sure order from them again.
The color looks amazing. It's a PS4. Plays great games, give you many options for entertainment. Not much to say. If you want more hard drive space and this cool color, you should get it.
Wasn't much info once in transit thought it was still in California for a week then changed to Massachusetts only wish it arrived before the games arrived.
This ps4 arrived a day early in perfect condition. My 1st ps4 was a refurbished one. It was a work horse but was as loud as a jet engine. So I followed some you tubers cleaning instructions and the cleaner i made it the worse it ran. It was time to get a new system,I needed more storage space any way. So I ordered this from Jet. Great price,so much so that I ordered one as a gift as well. Delivered quickly and runs as quiet as a mouse. Thanks Jet.
Arrived within a few days in perfect condition by a third party seller who did a wonderful job. I didn't have any issues and I always am very fearful when buying third party due to scams being higher than ever these days but it went all well and Im in love with it!
Quick receipt of the console (delivery), consoles were in good condition upon arrival (no damage to package, no damage to consoles), have only opened one console (the other is a gift for my son) but the one we opened is in good working order

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the PlayStation especially for this limited edition gold finish. Highly satisfied with the product AND the ordering process through JET (my 1st purchase; not my last). The order arrived within a couple of days of ordering!!
We like the PS4, but, the downside to our PS4 experience is... It appears, and we might be wrong, that each player on the PS4 needs the very expensive (plus) account each to play online. Sony charges $10 more per year compared to their direct competitor. Also, compared to their competitor, the Sony controller is not quite as comfortable in the hand, but only by a fraction. We did like the responsiveness of the controller, but not sure we won't go back to Sony's competitor when their new system is available this coming holiday. Also, we could NOT get our Spotify account to properly sign in on the PS4 app. No matter how we tried to sign in, we kept getting an error on the EULA page and could never get the app to work at all. Although, we can play Spotify over the network to the PS4 and control the music via our phone app. But, without the phone, we cannot listen to Spotify directly from the PS4...a real bummer, we really like our music.
