This item is overpriced but seems to be the norm for this item everywhere you look. I ordered this for my grandson and he absolutely loves it and was excited to receive it. The package came sooner than expected and on time for his birthday.

You did not send everything to me in this order three free games, a camera, an extra controller, a headset and a free membership to PlayStation. Why didn’t you send those items with my purchase? Not very happy at this time

beware Seller is advertising three games, console, headset, camera, and two controllers along with twelve months of playstation plus for a certain price! when package arrived I only recieved the console and one controller! so upset zero stars. Also no response to messages , especially being such a large purchase!
Ordered the Spiderman PS5 Bundle. Picture shows PS5, 2 controllers, a headset, a years worth of PS Play, and the game itself. I get the package, it's just the console and 1 controller, with a digital game code that doesn't work. Tried emailing to see what was going on to no response. I'd highly recommend not purchasing through this reseller and ordering directly through Sony. BWWI falsely advertises products. Let's hope this review gets somebody to give me an explanation or some assistance.
What's included doesn't match the picture, buyer beware.
did not receive year membership with sony. system needed fixed. usb had bad soldering joints. paid $150 to fix it. it wasn't even wallmart. costalmost $$800. for a $450 system.
I did not like the fact I never received my 12 month subscription.
