I love this dresser. It has a lot of room. Will last a very long time!
This shipped site to store very quickly! The dresser was really easy to put together. I did it on my own until the pieces got larger (I'm 8 months pregnant) and then my husband helped me finish it up. All the parts were there, the wood did not have any scratches in it, and it went together really solid. I highly recommend this dresser. Its a very nice shade of cherry wood finish but definitely does not fit a changing pad on top (at least no a thick one.) It looks really nice with our crib from another store.
A bit tough to assemble. Stain matched my other nursery furniture perfectly. Once assembled, dresser is very sturdy. It seems a bit overpriced compared to other pieces I have purchased.
My husband and I were very pleased with this dresser. It was much larger than we expected, and it looks very high quality. It only took my husband a few hours to put together. The wood does splinter easily while you are screwing in the screws, but if you are careful, it should be fine. We looked around for a long time before deciding to purchase this one, and it was definitely worth the money.
My Fiancé was the one to assemble the dresser and it was a nightmare once he got started. Some of the screws needed to put together the dresser were missing and some holes drilled on a few of the wooden pieces weren't finished. Not to mention some of the wooden pieces were either chipped or partially broken. The instructions were a joke as well. Overall, once he got over the obstacles the dresser fully mounted is beautiful! I wouldn't recommend someone purchasing this item unless they like dealing with headches.
First off let me be clear, as a dresser it is awesome! Beautiful finish that matches my crib perfectly! Very well made with most pieces being out of actual real wood. I, however, wanted to use this as a changing table/dresser and it is not big enough for that no matter what the description says. The measurements listed are for the outer-most edges, not the actual spade on top where you could put a changing pad. So with that being said, it is about 2 inches to short to fit a typical size changing pad into. :( I was just trying to save some money and go with the less expensive dresser versus the higher "changing table" and since the measurements seemed to work on the website, not so much in person. But again, as a dresser I couldnt be happier. My husband had it put together within 20 minutes or so all by himself and it is really well made. Perfect finish to match my crib and the drawers are very spacious to accommodate the TONS of blankets, socks, bibs, diaper changing items and so on. Im just going to make it work as my changing table anyway since I only was loosing 2 inches or so, Im a happy camper!
I love the outcome of the dresser, however due to the instructions being in picture ONLY my husband and I found ourselves having to figure out how to put some of it together by trial and error which wasn't FUN and took alot of time. I will say that overall I am happy with the final look.
For the price, this is a really good value. It is larger than pictured. When you open the drawers you will notice they are not as deep as the outside makes them appear. But, that said, you can stack lots of things in them and they glide nicely. This is a bit darker than shown, but did match well with the cherry Delta crib and changing table set which did not offer a matching dresser. The dresser is not quite as red as the crib, but it is not that far off. It wasn't difficult to put together and really looks cute in the nursery. There is lots of space on top for a lamp and other nursery decor. If you found the right sized changing table mat, you could possibly use this as a chaning table. Once again, for the price, I don't think you could better.
Bought this to go with a Storkcraft Tuscany crib and changer. I bought the cherry color but it does not match the cherry color of the other furniture. It is more red. As others had mentioned there were no written instructions, just pictures. The only delay was that my pieces were not numbered the same as what was shown on the instructions. After getting it all together there is a slight gap between two of the drawers. I moved them all around to fix it but found that the way I had it was the smallest gap. Also, as others had reviewed the drawer depth is only about 3 1/2 inches which is okay because I'm only putting baby clothes in it. Overall, its a dresser. It'll be fine.
My husband and I found this dresser to be very cheap for a price paid of $200. Pieces did not fit together and we had to buy clamps to push to make them fit and extra screws b/c the ones Walmart provided are very flimsy and we broke about 5. The front shows very deep drawers but the drawers are only about 3 1/2" thick...Back is some flimsy cardboard looking material...Not very happy with this product but baby is coming and its too late to return...
