I was pleasantly surprised with the overall appearance and quality feel of this dresser. It was rather easy to assemble yet took some time. There are many pieces! The drawers are not very deep, but is definitely a great value. It is a lovely addition to our nursery.
This dresser has style! The curves in the wood match the Pottery Barn look we have in our nursery. It's white color makes it easy to match other furniture. Make sure that when you purchase this, you know that there are lots of parts to put together. Once the dresser is put together it seems to be very sturdy. The drawers are a good size but not huge. This is a perfect piece to complete our daughter's nursery!
I bought this dresser to complete my daughters bedroom. My husband and I were expecting our 2nd child so we moved her out of the nursery and into her own room. I was pleased with the look of the product and the assembley didn't take my husband long to put together. The dresser definitely needed to be mounted to the wall or else it would topple over. The drawers aren't very deep but enough to hold a good amount of clothes. Overall we are happy with it.... We only wish that they had a night stand that matched and it would have been perfect.....
The quality of the chest once it's assembled is pretty good, but make sure you check your parts before assembling... we were missing some screws. Their customer service dept, while very friendly, sent out the wrong screws so we had to wait for a second set. See our review of the Kimberly Armoire for our horror story with that!
This was bought to match the white crib. I don't really like these types of furniture if you can these furniture, no wood, fiberboard, etc... Decent though for the storage needed in a pinch. Will upgrade eventually to all wood dresser. A little expensive if you ask me for the quality, but like I said, it met the need in a pinch and was shipped to the store and picked up and put together quick. Met my expectations for being the type of furniture it was.
This dresser was fairly easy to assemble in a few hours. Once it's put together, it looks cute and the drawers work well. The main problem was 8 screws were missing from the dresser. We just went to the hardware store to get similar ones. Also the pre-drilled holes were angled to close to the front of the dresser, so the wood started to break off if you put the screw in all the way. Luckily it is just cosmetic and doesn't afftect the performance of the dresser. I guess we excpected more for the money we paid. Overall I do like the look of the dresser and it works well for young kids.
This dresser is time consuming when your putting it together, but it is cute. I have had this dresser for about a year and one of the drawers has completely fallen apart. It was not because of poor assembly either. It is made very cheaply but what can you expect for the price....
this product was very easy to assemble. It is perfect for a child's room, but the quality is definitely not high. We purchased this dresser for my 2 yr old daughter's room- it is cute, but kind of cheesy.. If you purchase this dresser- you must know that the price is right, but it is not going to "last forever".
I thought this dresser was very pretty online before purchasing. When my husband and I got it home, I tried putting it together myself and everything was going fine until I realized there are a bunch of holes missing, and they need to be drilled (directions say screw these screws into these holes, and I have the screws but there aren't any holes to screw them into). And it's not just one or two holes that are missing, there are a whole bunch. It's still has yet to be finished. I would send it back but it seems more of a hassle to box it all back up and take it back to the store. Extremely extremely disappointed in this product. Besides that whole thing it feels like good quality. It's painted very beautifully, and it's a pretty dresser. It'll look nice once it's all finally put together. The only reason I gave this three stars is b/c of the assemlby hassles. If it wasn't so horrible, I'd give it five.
I am thoroughly frustrated with this product. We picked it up from Walmart on 3/9 and on 3/31, we still have not been able to use this procuct. One of the pieces was drilled incorrectly and we contacted the company immediately. We were told that the new piece would be delivered withing 7-10 business days. When I called the 2nd time, I was told there was no way of knowing when it shipped. When I called the third time, with no piece in sight, I was told that the piece had not yet been shipped and wold probably not be shipped any time soon, because they were doing inventory this week. With 3 kids under 3, we have a lot of Graco products, but I would not purchase another Graco product because of this experience. I am very disappointed by this situation.
