I love it, its beautiful and the perfect size! The only thing I'm sad about is that simplicity doesn't make a dresser or armoire in the espresso finish, only honey and cherry, because I would have liked to have all the pieces : ) The changer and crib fit her room nicely though, we love it.
we love the espresso color very much on the dresser. the only problems we had was putting it together. two of the holes were drilled in the wrong spot, meaning we had to drill our own holes. the drawers do not go in and out very straight. we double checked each drawer and knew it was not something we did or didnt do. the drawer tracks are off and in order to close the drawers you have to open two at a time and close them together. other than that the dresser looks great and is already full of clothes. it look us about 2 hours to put it together.
We had to return this dresser the first time we received it, as the shipping box was destroyed and just about every piece of the product was damaged. BUT, we re-ordered it and the 2nd time around were quite pleased with the outcome. There were no issues when putting it together and we love the way it fits and looks in the nursery.
This dresser will work just fine for a baby. Looks nice. It came with a pretty big scratch on the small top. I called the company and they are replacing it without having to return the damaged one. I think it is worth the price and looks more expensive.
This changer/dresser combo is pretty much what I expected for the cost. The bottoms of the drawers are cardboard and they don't slide perfectly. One side of a drawer was broken and we were missing one knob, but the manufacturer sent the parts out RIGHT away. Nice if you don't want to spend too much, but definitely not a piece of furniture that will last forever.
This is a very nice dresser. Have not used it yet since our baby isnt due till December. The only downside is it comes completely in pieces even the drawers. You have to put every LAST piece together. But it looks nice and sturdy. A few flaws in the paint but not too bad.
My husband and I bought this dresser/changer for our soon-to-arrive first child. We chose it because it matches the crib we got and also to save space - instead of buying a changing table AND a dresser. So far it works for us. The assembly wasn't too bad. The only thing about the finished product that we are disappointed in is that there are a few small scratches in the wood and that the drawers don't feel very sturdy as they roll in and out. I'm pretty sure we put it together correctly. I think that's just the way it is. It doesn't bother me too bad. It's pretty and it holds clothes and changing supplies. That's all I needed.
Pretty Nice. Not bad at all, the only thing is that the back of it, would is very delicate, I am not really sure how long this piece might last me because of it. But it's really pretty. The drawers are easy to open, in fact they kinda slide without much effort. It's a little heavy to move around, so it might be good cause it might not tilt easily. The price is a little too price for the quality based on the back base ONLY.
We bought this dresser along with the matching crib because of the price & the good reviews. However, this furniture is not what I consider quality. We received the dresser with 2 broken pieces! The shipped us the pieces & we put it together to find it very unstable & cheap. the dresser bottoms aren't even real wood. I highly recommend against this set.
I bought this product because of its looks and its value. It does look good but boy does it smell HORRIBLE. I'm not sure if the odor is coming from the wood or from the stain but nothing seems to work in terms of taking the awful smell away. I have tried everything from febreeze to baking soda to exposing the furniture outside for 1 month to let it "air out". I have had this changing table for close to 3 months now and I still could not put any of the baby's clothes or toys inside the drawers. I am afraid the fumes and smell will make him lightheaded.
