As a college student on a budget I thought this dresser was good, since it was very cheap. But when I opened the box and started assembling, I kind of started wishing that I had ordered another one. The wood and the finish is definitely cheap, and the pre-drilled holes didn't match up too well so the assembly was required a little more sweat than it should have. Also the bottom panel of the drawers is at most 1/8" thick - I wouldn't want to put anything heavy inside the drawers. Even though the finished product looks alright and is fully functional, the quality really reflects the price. So in conclusion, this is an ok dresser for anyone on a tight budget or someone who needs a little extra storage space. But go for a better quality dresser if you can afford to.
We purchased this sorry excuse for furniture for my daughter's bedroom in our vacation home. Not expecting much from an inexpensive, put together yourself piece, we were still shocked at the poor finish & construction. The drawers have to be shoved to close & you have to brace the dresser with one hand & pry the drawer open with the other so it won't tip over on you. The drawers don't align properly so it looks ugly & crooked. The paint looks like a five year old put it on. Very disappointed that I spent, no, make that wasted $100. Stay clear of this JUNK!!
