I like the size and weight of this bathtub. Most importantly my son loved taking his very first real bath in this. I simply flipped it over and he seemed very comfortable. I also used a styrofoam bath cushion with a temperature gage on top of the tub. It helps to secure smaller babies and it is good to know water temp.
My 8 month old loves this bath! So much easier for me to bathe her as well. Bath tub is so big for her it's probably a little scary...this makes it her size. Love the fact that its not inflatable. No blowing it up, no chance of popping it, does slide all over tub like vinyl/plastic, no deflating afterwards...it's great! It says for babies 1+ year but I think it's perfect for babies that can sit up unsupported. My baby and I hated the infant bath after she was sitting up.
I purchased this for my 6 month old daughter that has always hated a bath no matter what I do. This bath tub changed the whole experience. She now relaxes and enjoys her bath each and every time. Instead of crying because of getting into the bath she now cries because it's time to get out of the bath. As a mother, I feel like she is more comfortable and safer. The soft sides provide nice support so that you don't have to try to keep ahold of a slippery baby while washing.
I bought this bathtub for my 13 month old baby, and she loves it! It's soft, comfortable, it's supportive and gives her plenty of room. It also dries quickly when hung up. She really looks forward to bath time now, and I am happy to have something that is safe and works great!
Best tub support for my little big guy! My son is a large infant and this is the best tub for him. He loves it! So happy I purchased this. Walmart prices can't be beat! He can lean forward and backwards with ease and it seems super comfy for him while he bathes. After, I hang it up in the shower to dry, comes with a hanger. I wish I found this sooner!! I love that while you fill the tub this will also fill up too. I only fill a couple inches of water. My son seems to enjoy this one over the blue whale tub which is great because he is now 25 lbs at 8 months old. I had been looking for a bath seat without any luck when I came across this tub. This is so much better. Money well spent!
One great idea! I bought this item for my granddaughter who is not quite sitting up on her own yet. She can hold onto the sides, and sit up like a big girl. It keeps her bath toys contained, and within her reach. It's also great for leaning her back and resting her head on the back to rinse shampoo out of her hair. The water runs off the back of her head, and not down into her eyes!
I love this little tub! It is so soft and super easy to use. The only draw back for me is that I wish it had a counter weight on the end where his feet are at because it floats up and he ends up with his little feet getting cold because they are out of the water. If you put more water in the tub then the water is too close to their face. Otherwise overall it gives my 11 month old so much more freedom to play in the tub without getting hurt.
I like this alot. I will like it better when he can sit up on his own. But, he loves it because I do tummy time on it (over the edge) and he has a riot. I hang it up to dry and it doesn't dry all the way by the time I go to give him another bath (7pm every night).
Bought for a gift and hasn't been used yet. It looks like it will be exactly what we need though. We wanted something to support a special needs one year old child who doesn't sit up very well yet. I think this product will make it easier to give the child a bath.
I personally like it but my son doesn't, he's 7 months and I tried this tub for 3 days, he screamed every time. I knew the water wasn't too cold or too warm. he just didn't like it and im unsure why. but it works and is the same exact thing as this product explains.
