I was very pleased with this purchase and so was my 14 month old son who loves Elmo. The faucet cover is a squishy plastic as opposed to the hard plastic that it looks like. The bath mat is covered in suction cups and so far hasn't moved an inch. My son loves to point to the fish and beach balls on the mat too. I'm a happy customer!
I bought the Elmo faucet cover and mat for my two granddaughters for christmas. Both love Elmo and they needed something to cover the faucet and bottom of the slippery tub and these products did both. They now love taking baths even more and I feel better knowing this product ensures their safety of falling against the faucet or slipping in the tub. My daughter complains now that the girls want to stay to long in the tub. Oh well can't make everyone happy. :)
This was just what we were looking for. The faucet cover protects the little man's head when he bumps against it, yet lets the water out perfectly so we don't have to take it on and off. The only issue I have is the bath mat does not work on textured floors. We have a very slight texture on the floor of our tub that does nothing to help with slipping. The mat just has to be pushed back down from time to time.
The Elmo Faucet cover and mat are very cute and are of good quality. The only problem is that I have a faucet that you have to pull down to turn on the shower so we have to keep taking it off but other than that its great! My 11 month old son loves to play with it while taking his tubby! It is a good thing to use to cover the faucet too so he doesn't bump his head and get hurt while he's playing around.
My daughter loves Elmo, so she got a kick out of the faucet cover, and I like the pictures of Elmo on the mat! However, I have to take the little rubber faucet cover off each time I want to take a shower because the shower plug is obscured by the character, so it's a tiny bit in the way. Still, it doesn't take much effort to remove and it's worth it for her to love bath time!
My daughter loves the faucet cover. We got it out of the box when we got home and she didn't want to put it on the faucet. lol The only problem is the knob on our shower to turn the shower on is directly above the faucet and Elmo's head and eyes are in the way to turn it. So we have to push Elmo's head down when we turn the shower on and off. But other than that it serves it's purpose well. And the bathmat works well so far.
My boys use to always hit their heads on the faucet and cry; now they hit their heads on the faucet and it doesn't even bother them. I love this product and so do they. The only thing about it though is if the thing to turn your shower on is on the top of your faucet it will be a lot harder to use. I have to do a pretty tricky manuver to make my shower turn on with this on. but I love it anyways.
my daughter loves the elmo bath mat. she likes to try to pick it up. For me the product isn't that great. the mat doesnt stick to the tub as well as i think it should and the faucet cover wobbles a little. i guess the faucet has to be one of those bigger, broader ones for it to work well. But for the price it gets the job done...i don't have to worry about her slipping and sliding all over the place.
I just bought this yesterday. I had been looking for a bath mat that I as well my my son would like for a while now. I only bought tha bath mat itself. It was super cute, but it will NOT stick to my tub. I have cleaned out the tub twice. I have tried wetting the suctions, drying the suctions, and nothing has worked. I'll probably be returning it. It is a shame because it is very cute!
NOTHING SPECIAL, JUST A SMALLER THEN AVERAGE BATH MAT, AND THE ELMO THAT GOES OVER THE FAUCET TO PROTECT THE KIDS HEADS GETS STUCK ON OFTEN. MINE HAS THE LITTLE PULL TO MAKE IT SWITCH FROM BATH TO SHOWER AND IT DOESN'T FIT WELL OVER IT AND I HAVE TO PULL IT OFF CONSTANTLY TO SHOWER. NEXT TIME I'D FORGET THE MAT AND GET A BOON FAUCET COVER.
