My favorite with strawberries and frozen whipped cream

They were very fresh and tasted real good with our strawberries.
I love to use these cakes for strawberry shortcakes. They are so moist and very good tasting, will always use them for my strawberrys and other fruit desserts.

I love to keep these on hand now that we have fresh strawberries! They make quick strawberry shortcakes. My grandsons love to eat them and there is not a lot of calories in them to make a quick dessert.
I was attracted to the fresh strawberries for sale at my local Walmart and, of course, I needed shortcake and whipped cream to compliment them. The Walmart bakery shortcake served the purpose nicely.
