For the price, this is a decent headset. The in-line volume and mute controls is very handy. Sound and mic volume was significantly lacking and we had to turn up the user volume levels in the profile near max. The number one issue is the fit of the headset (or perhaps, the size of my head). It is TIGHT and the tension side digs into the scalp. Bending it until you think it will snap help a bunch, but this is certainly better suited to a youngling than an adult.
