I never realized how unbalanced the meals I was feeding my toddler were. I bought this plate and I am so pleased with it. It lets me know that I am feeding her from each food group with every meal. I am so so so so pleased. I recommend it to anyone. My 12 year old even wants one! LOL
This plate works great to orgenize the food groups and my son loves the colors at the bottom of his plate he actually eats his veggies to see the color at the bottom :)
