This was one of the first Honey Stinger products that I ever tried, still one of my favorites!!
The strawberry flavor is highly addicting and one of my favorite to eat before a morning run - and a mid-run snack sometimes to help keep me going!
They are tasty, they have a good amount of carbs and a good mix of fat and protein (i.e. not much of either). The only gripe that anyone could have about these is that they can pretty easily get crushed and become a handful of crumbs if you don't carry them carefully. Not a great size / form-factor to put in a shorts pocket, so you need a pack or small bag of some sort to carry them.
I eat one waffle when I go out for a long run. Gives me the carbs & energy my body needs to have a productive run. I love the honey flavored waffles! Tastes great!
Love the waffles! Really tasty, light and efficient! Wish you would also bring back strawberry and lemon though.

Absolutely delicious; especially the pumpkin seed flavor! Great way to recover from a workout or add some protein to my diet. I just wish they offered coupons especially to frequent buyers!
