I'll admit, upon opening you think "what's this?" but once you put it together it's awesome. Nice and sturdy and holds so much!!! I love it and am buying another one for my all occasion wrap and bags. I had a Hallmark store display that I had gotten about 10 years ago and that was only cardboard. I finally needed a replacement and this one is very nice and plastic coated. I know the other reviews are bad, but as my title states you can't judge a book by it's cover. This is a great product. Right now I have a dozen rolls of christmas wrap, assorted bags/tissue tags and Christmas cards that I bought all at end of season. It's jam packed. You might want to get two!
I find this to be handy- preferable to the kinds that store flat and to those that hang (this can fit more). It is the same material as their recycling bins. It's a smooth plastic which I consider quite durable. It is not cardboard. Assembly was a little tricky but not too bad.
I ordered two of these - one for X-mas stuff and one for all ocasions. They came super fast and I was very excited to put them together and get organized. For some reason the instructions didn't make any sense to me and I put together the first one just by looking at the stock photo. It took me good 15 min, but I was also watching TV, so fair enough. It was a bit frustrating at times and it didn't look sturdy by the very end, but once it was all finished it was great. After putting it together the instructions kind of made sense. I filled it up with my X-mas stuff and I'm rather pleased with it. I proceeded to puting together the second one. It seemed to me that this one somebody tried to put together, but got confused and returned it. I think I need a third one just for birthday wrapping, but at the end I don't have that much space to keep them all in. I wish they had different colors to chose from, so I can keep them outside of the closet. I also think that although they're "collapsible", it will be a pain to have them collapsed and put together more than once. Fair price for those should be 3 for $10. I paid the sale price of $5 each and I feel I overpaid
It's easy to assemble, fits nicely in corner of closet and keeps wrapping supplies neat.
Okay, so when I picked this up I was concerned about the material's durability. It's a sort of plastic cardboard material. Once I got it assembled, which took the better part of an hour due to the poor instructions, I found it to be sturdy and a valuable organizing tool. It's appearance leaves something to be desired, but for $5, I would definately recommend it. I wouldn't pay any more for it though, but it does not tip over nor is it falling apart.
Great idea but material is too cheap to make it worth using.
This gift wrapping station was a good idea. I went to pick it up at the store where I had it shippped to. As soon as I saw it, I returned it. It is made of cheap material that I do not think will hold up to hold even one roll of wrapping paper without falling over. In general, this is a great idea, but the materials it's made of are really poor and cheap. Save your money and effort - don't buy.
People really!!! You see it online and you think wow!! What a great idea, but what can you really expect to get for $10.00? Save your money or just buy a plastic container and slide it under your bed. Returned it? You bet.
