This is Classic sausage and I like to add my own diced peppers and onions to jazz it up a bit. Cooks pretty quick in the toaster oven so makes a nice lunch or snack when you're pressed for time. The crust is so crispy and flaky. It's my favorite part.

I think it would be a good thing to eat on your lunch break at work if you have access to an oven. I wish it had more sausage.
