The carbs are just right, it is quick, easy, less expensive and healthier than the fast food joints.
Better for your health with turkey sausage. Walmart sells them with turkey sausage, why don't you? I'm not talking about the JD D-Lights with the white of the egg. I love the pork sausage, but it doesn't love me!

Quick and easy breakfast. I like them better out of the refrigerator than frozen so I put them out a day or so before. The only thing bad about these is you cannot eat the cheese.
