I purchased this high chair for traveling. My 8 month old son loves it. It folds up easily and neatly. As some other reviewers stated, the back does not recline, therefore, he does tend to slouch down a lot…….. but he is happy! I would not recommend it for babies under 7 months old. Overall, I think it's a great secondary chair and well worth the money.
This chair was purchased and shipped to Grandma's house. It comes already assembled and folds/stores SO compactly!! It is not adjustable and stays in a somewhat reclined postition. My son is 15 months old so it wasn't an issue. I'm not sure if I would use this chair for a child under 8 months...you could always put something behind them to put them more upright...also, it only has a 3 point harness. But for the money you can't beat this chair! I recommend this chair (as a secondary/travel chair or main chair for an older child) and am considering buying one to keep at my house to use when going to a friend's house (instead of lugging my full size rainforest high chair)!!
You would think for the price this would be a complete waste of money, but it is completely the opposite! My parents bought this for our son and it is so easy to clean, fold up, and store. This is great if you have a small eating space and need to get the highchair out of the way. I was looking at the bulkier ones, and was about to purchase one. I am glad we didn't! Nothing will ever compare to this awesome highchair. I can also bring this high chair with me where ever we go, because you never know how gross those highchairs are that other kids use! If you're looking for great value purchase this highchair.
This high chair is very affordable and is not big and bulky like the other high chairs our there. It is actually very sturdy and very good for your money. It was perfect for my son. It is great for families on a budget and great for apartments with small dining rooms. Just an FYI!
Not only did it come about 98% put together but the ease of folding and unfolding amazed me! Yes, the reviews are correct it is NOT the size of a full size high chair but I was not looking for a full size one! I live in NYC and even though we have an entire house it is an old beach bungalow and so we are VERY limited on room. My daughter was eating in a booster seat with a tray that hooks into a regular dining room chair. This was working well until one day she literally broke the tray off! I knew then I had to find a high chair that would work best for our needs and space and I found it with this product for sure! I do not really care for the color/design. It seems very "boyish" to me but that was the last of my worries. Honestly, if you are looking for a more feminine one in this model you will pay more money and they are hard to find (I looked at many stores). The tray is not big like some of the other high chairs but it is bigger than a booster seat tray and it does have a cup/food jar holder which is a nice bonus! It folds SUPER SUPER easy and and unfolds just as easy! It takes up about as much room as a small size stroller folded. The material is soft yet easy to wipe clean, big plus! When you pull it out of the box all you have to do is put the "feet" on it and the foot rest which just snaps on! The rest is put together! If you are looking for a good high chair that also takes up less space than a standard one this is the one for you!
This chair is excellent for babies who are at the reccomended age to begin eating solids (which is not until 6 months, when they can sit by themselves with a little support.) For those wishing to start their baby on solids earlier, this is not the chair for you. The back of the seat is stationary, and in a slightly reclined position, which makes is best suited for babies who can sit up by themselves. It comes already put together except for the foot rest and stabilizers. It's easy to clean and a really great value!
There is only ONE thing that I DONT like about this chair and that is that you cant help them sit up strait. my one year old has to lean forwords to get his food or drink. But besides that this is an awesome High Chair I LOVE that it folds up and is small! ITS GREAT!!!! I would deffenetly recomend!
FOR the money this is a great chair...however the back tilts back way too far. My granddaughter kept slouching downward. BUt the price was right and the best part is the way you can fold the chair neatly in the corner.
I like how the high chair is a little bit smaller than most. It doesn't take up too much space which is nice because we live in an apartment. The tray is a little bit smaller but does not bother me or my baby. The only things is that the tray is a little but harder to slid on and off but it's really not that bad. For the price I feel like we got much more than expected.
This high chair is a little smaller than most high chairs, the tray is very small. The back of the seat does not move at all, I find this inconvienent, It is kind of reclined a little so I have to put a blanket behind my son to be able to sit up to the tray. Positives would be it folds up, and it was easy to set up. And the price of course.
