This is a simple easy to use item for relieving pain of arthritis in the fingers and thumb. It heats in the microwave in 30 seconds and is portable if travelling. Also, it can be frozen to relieve the worst pain during flare ups. Highly recommended due to the ease of use.
Provides exercise for my arthritic hands and warmth while doing it. In a short time has given me increased flexibility. Why dont they carry this in the stores for arthritis!..I couldnt find it anywhere in stock at local stores. Had to order on line and wait..but was delivered sooner than expected.
The bed buddy is helping with the pain I have in my right hand. I would recommend this to friends.
These are kind of like a blue polyester tennis ball that you can heat or cool and use to relieve body aches. I heat mine and the lay on it to provide warmth and pressure on certain areas of my back where I experience recurring pain. They work great and last for years.
good challenge for hand grip strength
This is a good therapy ball the only problem is you cant squeeze it very much it's kind of hard.
I ordered two of the Iso-balls and found them helpful for my fingers. I ride a bicycle a lot and my fingers were getting stiff after each ride. I looked for something to strengthen my fingers and order the Iso-balls. They really seem to help. I don't have stiffness at the end of my rides like I used to and my fingers feel really good when I get done working with the iso-balls. I have not tried microwaving them. I ordered a second set of iso balls to have some at work. These had a difference consistency, it felt as if the packing inside were small and felt more like a single ball where the first set felt like the stuffing in the first set of balls were larger. As it turned out, the seams on one of the balls came apart the first time I used it. The insides were seeds, all of uniform size. Unless they changed packing material, I would guess that the difference between the two sets is the amount that they filled the balls with. They need some QC work to ensure consistency between sets and to make sure the stitching is correct. I'm going to buy one more so that I have two pair because they help my fingers.
I had a stroke and trying to regain strength In my left hand but the ball is too firm the Warmth is nice but I could have thrown a towel in the microwave and better results
You can hold a rock in your hand and get the same results, and a rock is free! I would not recommend this product.
Fabric does not flex at all therefore you can't squeeze the ball and it only stays warm for a few minutes
