I am a large and the large fit true to size. I am 5'7" with a long torso. Finding shirts long enough is a challenge. This is a long length that covers the back well. So happy to have found a long length. It's a nice polo for casual or work. I wear mine painting as I'm a painter.
My daughter is terribly rough on her school uniforms but the Dickies' polos hold up great and come in a variety of colors permitted by her school's dress code. She prefers the woman's polos to the juniors because the juniors are more form fitting. I tihnk th juniors look cuter on her, ut she likes a looser fit.
I own 4 of these and love the feminine fit and also the longer length. Look great with shorts or jeans. I wear a XL -2XL in most brands and I like the 2 XL as they run a little smaller. They also shrink a little when washed. .Heavier cotton but cool also. Hold up well. I have owned a black and white one for 3 years and they look great.
I buy this polo shirt for my daughter's high school uniform. They are a loose fit , which she likes. I checked in the review that the shirt runs a little large; that not really accurate- its just that they're a loose fit as compared to the Dickie's junior sized polos which are form fitting. The shirts are great value, durable and I wouldn't buy her school uniform shirts any where else.
I bought this shirt for work and like it pretty well. I do wish I ahd bought a size up though, as it is smaller than I expected. I prefer a looser shirt. Also I'm pretty sure the shirt shrunk a bit after washing. I would recommend this shirt, but buy a size up. I will probably need to order more in the next size for myself.
I bought two women's size large and have to say they are very well-made. They are as advertised long-tailed and indeed, they are The only complaint might be the variability in size as one color is smaller than the other, perhaps by a whole size. Can't say I know what to advise a potential buyer to do that. Just read the reviews, I guess.
I bought this shirt to wear for work because it is the style I think looks professional. The sizing info was not enough information. I bought a large and could have gotten a smaller size. The quality of the product is good.
I bought this polo in navy blue in a XXLG when it arrived it fit to its size but once you wash it it shrinks drastically it went from XXLG to lg and fades some after a couple of washes
I purchased two small Women's Solid Piqué Polo Shirts, one black and one white, after checking my measurements against Dickies sizing chart. I washed the black one and was extremely disappointed to find the shirt had shrunk more than a size during washing, despite following the washing instructions (cold wash, tumble dry low). I purchased these items believing they were a quality product, as I have worn Dickies brand previously and always held them in high esteem. This experience makes me question the quality of the brand and I am reluctant to purchase more Dickies items in the future.
Work shirts should be able to be washed and dried. If you plan on washing and drying your shirts order 2 sizes larger. Unfortunately I wear the x- large which is the largest size they have and after one wash it became a medium. It was good while it lasted!
