When i ordered this dress i did not expect too much in the way of fit / fabric / or style. Boy was i ever pleasantly surprised !. If you are a standard size 16,then order the x/l, it will fit you to perfection. The cowl neck is extremely flattering on any body shape. The top of the dress being a vibrant color detracts from any problem area,s on the lower body. Fabric ?, a medium weight so not likely to show your lumps & bumps..should you have any. The length is perfect as it falls just below the center of the knee. Being sleeveless it can be worn under a soft wool mix cardigan or jacket and yes,leggings and boots for chilly days. I so recommend this cute and flattering little dress to all you ladies out there who thought you could not wear a fitted dress. YES you can, please note the mid section of the garment hits at exactly the smallest part of your waist. What are you waiting for....go get this dress,the price is right ..right now !, and so is the cut of it. What are you thinking about ?, go get it....now !.
I love, love, LOVE this dress. I saw it in store on sale and decided to try it on as a fluke. I am so glad I did!!! The ruching is very forgiving in the black panel and the top portion doesn't show off the cleavage (very demure). It's a very lady-like outfit that would be perfect for parties, get-togethers, or even paired together with a blazer for another look. I wore the burgundy version to a holiday party and the green version to a birthday party and received compliments at both. It's a very flattering dress. For the price (and the ones I purchased were on sale at the time), you definitely cannot go wrong!
I wear a 16 & ordered the 16/18. It fits big. I could go down a size. But really don't want to deal with the hassle of returning it & they may not have a smaller size. Overall though I love the dress!

I love this dress(purchased both colors). The fit and the length of the dress is perfect. The style is on trend from the colors chosen and the color blocking. It can be worn anywhere, church,a date, or a holiday party. When I tried it on I felt confident and sexy with out trying too hard.
I ordered this dress in Garnet and it is soooo sexy. I read another review and almost did'nt get it because she had stated that you had to have a flat stomach to wear it, not true! This came in 3 days standard and it is now one of my favorite dresses and I have alot....thx miss Tina!
The color block choices are great, I have both colors. I brought the green on line and had to have the other color and got the other one in the store. I have gotten do many compliments, the length is pencil skirt sexy! I were a 12/14 in dresses and a Large fits me good (i have a lagese in the green) , but the medium fits better (i have a med in the red) because of the stretch and the length. Honestly it holds well and streches well for if you fgo up or done one size you will be fine!! Again, hot dress!

Cute dress. Tried it on and looked in the mirror--hot stuff!! Turned to the side and it looked like I got too hot and melted. This fabric seemed to wrap itself around and under my stomach. The dress wasn't tight but the ruching and lack of draping really back fired. If you don't mind having a gut of distinction, are extremely flat over the tummy, or are going to wear a powerful shaper underneath--go for it. If only noone ever saw me from the side while wearing this...
Fit okay for the style although it did feel alot like wearing a potato sack
