I was hesitant since I purchased the blazer in three different colors; however, was exceptionally pleased when I received them. The quality is great, they are beautifully lined, and the pockets are quite deep. I would definitely by more if additional colors/styles were available. I had one I bought several years ago and didn't think you sold them anymore. I was thrilled that these were very close to the same, especially since I wear a blazer daily for work.
George Women's Classic Career Blazer This is a well made blazer. It is suit length falls to the hip area. Will look great with pants are a long skirt or dress. It is lined which is a good thing. I ordered one size up. I usually wear a ten on this one ordered a twelve. The fit is perfect. Material is polyester,rayon,spandex. Overall look of the material is as good as the suit ensembles from higher end store. The sleeve length falls to the wrist No alteration needed. I am 5ft 3 1/2" tall. For the price of $20.00 and quality of the blazer is awesome. I just wish GEORGE would make one that is shorter like to just below the waist. And bring us more colors. It does arrive a little wrinkled which steamer will take care of. Thank You George and a HUGE THANK YOU TO WALMART for bringing us quality and reasonable price.
This blazer is exactly what I needed for my cosplay outfit. Its inexpensive and great quality! The only problem I have is the shoulder pads are a bit much. I don't have very broad shoulders so I may end up taking them out. Other than that it got here pretty quickly, even with all the snow we've been having. For reference Im 5'5, 155 lbs. Shoulders: 17 in. Bust: 38-40 in. Waist: 32-33in. Size 10 fits with room to move around!
I bought one of these blazers and was so impressed with the quality that I came back and got a suit in navy. My measurements are 38, 31, 43 and I normally would have selected the 10 in the blazer but the first one I bought was a 12 and I liked the extra room in the sleeves and the extra length (looks really cute over sweaters and with jeans as well). The pants do not have belt loops so keep that in mind if you normally wear a belt. I went down a size because the pants are generally cut bigger and do have a bit of give to them. Overall, great quality for the price and this suit beats the one I bought at Kohl's for three times as much! The navy is true navy. Good purchase. Thanks!
i have to admit, didn't really think it was going to much for $20.00. Got to say, it arrived and it was as nice as some that i had seen for $80 & up. I had read reviews and it seemed everyone ordered up so i did and it is perfect. Could not be happier. Went back and ode red the matching pants. Wish they had the shirt to match in navy also.
Rated a 4 because need more than just basic black blue and gray. (Would you please make more colors) To me this is a good value and quality jacket, fit me fine im 5ft tall. I shop online a lot and this item exceeded my expectations especially the material.
This blazer is nice can be dressed up with a jeans & heels or with a nice skinny skirt. I bought the red in this, i'm a 40DDD bust & it fits great across the bust area, I usually wear a 16 but bought a 18 because most of the reviewers stated that it runs a bit small. I think it is true to size, I could've worn a 16 as well but the 18 is comfortable. My only problem is that the sleeves seem a little long to me, but then again i'm 5'4 so my arms are short like i am. Overall its a great buy!
I bought this as a backup suit for interviews as I didn't want to spend 100 dollars or more on another nice one. It turned out to look as good as my expensive one but a fifth of the cost! The only thing I didn't like about the jacket was that it doesn't really flatter the waist, I look like a straight plank in the jacket when I'm pretty curvy up top, so I might get it slightly tailored to have a little more feminine look. Otherwise, I bought a size up since the other reviews said it ran small, but ended up having to return it for a size 6. I'm 5'6 155 and medium frame, and the size 6 jacket and skirt both fit fine. If anything, the skirt was a tighter fit. Other than the straight fit of the jacket, I would recommend it to someone who needs a professional look for cheap!
I saw the other reviews about size accuracy problems, so I ordered 2 sizes and they were way too big. I wear an 8 in regular suit sizes, but the 8 was huge and of course the 10 was ridiculous. The material, construction, and lining were very impressive though for the price. I will definitely order one in a smaller size.
I read previous reviews about the sizes running small, so I went safe and ordered a size larger. The shoulders were still a little on the tight side, but the rest, even though fitted, seemed like it was fitted for maternity wear. Just really big in the waist area with a very unflattering overall look. I am returning them.
