I use the elliptical at least 4 times a week for 60 minutes each workout. My only issue is that it arrived with 2 left pedals. I emailed immediately after assembling it to request a right pedal because the screw placements are not interchangeable. I received a confirmation of receipt of my email but am still waiting for a resolution/ replacement right pedal (since November 27th).
product was good but pedal axle broke and i couldn't get a replacement. customer service only wanted to sell me another one.
