I'm amazed at the quality of sound this has. Only downside is the ipod isn't very secure within the holder. I would think Innovative Technology would provide various adapters to better cradle the various iPods. I got this as part of a package deal with the iPod. For only $10 more than the ticket price of the iPod I got to choose 3 accessories for the unit. Good deal! Another thing that makes this a nice little product is that it comes with it's own AC power supply which most products of this size don't. Check out the photos I submitted and you'll also see that it comes with it's own little pouch.
I originally bought this as part of a package with the 80 GB IPOD for my son's birthday. When I heard the sound that comes from these little speakers, I had to order some for myself. They fold up into a small package. The sound is excellent for the size of the speakers. Glad I ordered them.
I wasn't expecting a whole lot with these speakers, but the have pretty good sound for the price that I paid for them. The only complaint that I have with it is that it doesn't have a dock. It connects through the headphones plug, so my ipod doesn't sit on it very well. But I am overall very happy with these speakers.
I own a mobile spa service company and have recommended this to my contractors after trying it out myself. Good quality, loud enough for me to hear across the room, compact, and not much distortion at all. Great value for the price (I actually paid $4.99 for it at X-Mas Tree)
These speakers are perfect!!! They are an expensive speaker that have decent sound and volume. These cannot compare to other much more expensive speakers or docks but I didn't want to spend that much on speakers that are sitting in my office or for my 7 year old.
Yes, the sound from these tiny speakers is amazing - much better than the ones I bought from Creative Labs for my Zen Stone Plus, but the unit is very cheaply made, and I have to womder how long it will last... The jack position to the mp3 player is a bit strange, too...I wonder what device you can put in it that will stand up straight in the detachable holder? Mine sure won't.
I have been very satisfied with these speakers. They are somewhat cheap (as far as the make of it) being all plastic, but they are still good. The volume on the speakers doesn't go very high, but you can increase the volume more by raising it on the ipod/mp3 itself.
For a $4.00 radio adapter that I got with the bundle package it works wonderful. When the volume on the ipod and radio are turned up you can hear the music in a classroom of 25 students while they are quietly talking. A pretty good deal. It also comes with it's own carrying case and folds up to travel. Very nice. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a fancy one.
This portable speaker device is not the most technologically advanced piece of audio equiptment to be associated with iPods, BUT it does work wonderfully as a cheap alternative to those $50 iPod docking systems. Comes with a charger so batteries aren't necessary. Works wonderfully for me.
Well designed as far as compactness and portability, but very poorly put together. When it arrived, the inset speaker had already come detached. Seems easily breakable. Attachment not specific to iPod so different models may not fit in the holder exactly.
