Originally bought for my daughter in 7th grade as she needed a "beginner" scientific calculator. Easy to use, has lots of functions and isn't confusing! Lots of her friends borrow her's instead of using their own! In fact, I liked it so much that I bought one for myself recently. I love it!
I love the product, and the price was amazing. Dont hesitate to buy it.
Just purchased it recently ...was shipped right to my doorstep in the middle of winter...wow!! what service... A hidden gem which performs more than advertised: 1) numbers easier to read 2) user friendly buttons 3) very sturdy doesn't look cheap material 4) amazing price for number of functions got started quickly and have never been happier...
This is a very good calculator for the school children. It has very useful keys for algebra up through Calculus. Also, the price is perfect.
in these days every day items and being on a budget is the only way to go so when school was coming up most middle school kids needs a calculator and the school want us to get a ti30 that cost 109.00 why this 157 function calculator has everything a ti30 but only cost 8.00 it great it looks great and no kid would no the difference . so yes this calculator is great
The calculator does what is is supposed to do. My don needed it for grade 8. It does the job. My only negative comment is the body and protector case are such cheap plastic it feels like it's going to break.
I purchased it for the BIN, HEX,OCT and Binary functions that are absent on most other calculators. It works very well and easy to read. Also, very light and slim. The only thing I wished it had was very thin rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from sliding around on a hard surface. TI calculators have the little feet for that purpose. I'm looking for a local source to purchase some because it hard to use laying on the table or desk.
Great price, love the hard case, lots of functions. Perfect for my daughter in grade 7.
This is a good calculator but takes 2 x 3v batteries. Does not have auto off so once the battery goes, replacement is expensive. Cost more than the actual calculator. Get a solar powered one.
I bought this calculator about a month ago and none of the functions seemed to be working, aside from basic addition, multiplication and subtraction. Sadly, I attempted to use this for the first time on my Macroeconomics Midterm and it failed completely failed me. I wouldn't ever buy this again as it is not a reliable calculator. From now on, I will be sticking with casio's.
