all the protein you need that's cheaper than anywhere else. great for lifting on a budget and perfect meal supplement for anyone. everything you want out of complex whey, calories, protein, carbs, vitamins and bcaa's.
I am a 21 yr old working out 5 days a week-not a body builder. I was always sore and sometimes even in pain. This stuff has eliminated by 90-100% soreness in my body as now my body has the ability to recover thanks to the added creatine and of course the protein which i wasnt getting enough from my diet for how hard i work out. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE WHO WORKS OUT.I have a sensitive tongue sort of speak but the vanilla version of this is swallowable...experiment with your levels of water and milk...i dont use the blender-it makes too much liquid-that much more to consume! I rather get it over with within 12-16 oz...it takes a bit of stirring and it still doesnt seem to dissolve 100% but again, it is swallowable.(I use two scoops)
I have been using this for YEARS. I just need something good enough to prevent muscle atrophy after working out. I cannot justify paying as much as a cellphone bill just for fancy brand name protein.
This Product is by far the most reasonable on the Market. I have tried others but find this to be not only a Money Saver but also quite tasty. With all Flavors that have Chocolate ie: Cookies & Cream, Choc. Peanutbutter & regular Chocolate. I ad 1 teaspoon of Chocolate Drink Powder, it ads to the Flavor & tastes even better.
I was a little hesitant at first to try this stuff, but a friend of mine told me it was good. Well, I tried it and it was actually tasty when I mixed it with milk. I add ice too, the colder it is, the better it tastes.
I bought some protein powder from GNC before I bought from Walmart And although GNC has some flavors that Walmart doesn't have, Walmarts size of container are twice the size and cheaper.
At first taste in water, disgusting. First taste in milk, artificial still but a little better. I tried this after loving the chocolate peanut butter flavor. In the end I mixed both this and the chocolate peanut butter and it tastes great. So, I would not recommend this
I think Body fortress products are great but I wasn't to happy with the flavor on this one. Its ok if you like chocolate but I was expecting a cookies and creme flavor. Bottom line it tastes like a sweet chocolate drink so if you like chocolate go for it.
I tried this flavor just to switch it up from my usual chocolate flavor. And the Cookie's and cream is nasty af! Lol. No, seriously the best bodyfortress flavor is chocolate hands down. The cookies and cream flavor taste like spoiled milk.I also take my protein drink with water only.
My family and I all agree that the after taste really makes it hard to choke down. We have tried mixing it with other flavors also adding fruit to it but to no avail. We just can not get past the after taste. When I bought this we all had high expectations and were so disappointed. We will never purchase this flavor again.
