This stuff is great! It is by FAR the best tasting protein shake I have tried (and I have tried many). But of course, the taste is not the most important benefit. It has that perfect post workout ratio of carbs to proteins, which is surprisingly hard to find in a protein powder! I value the fact that it has real sugar in it as opposed to something artificial or even Stevia, giving it those quickly usable carbs needed after a hard workout. With other powders it is necessary to eat something in addition to the shake to get those carbs. I like the fact that EAS Recovery Protein has it all in there! Just mix it up, drink it and know that you are giving your body exactly what it needs after working hard. Big fan!
I enjoy the EAS Recovery Protein with milk after a hard workout. I also enjoy that EAS is certified of being banned substance free (with proof of the certification). The powder mixes well with milk. I enjoy using some of the chocolate EAS Recovery Protein powder on a peanut butter sandwich, I use just enough for flavor. I recommend EAS to many of my friends and family who does sports, exercise, or just want a healthy and tasty snack.
This has been the best thing I've had during this mid life crisis phase!! My Dr. told me about it, and I gave it a shot, I'm so glad I did, Its taste great (especially chocolate) and my Dr. uses it and she looks great! Just starting working out after a five year break, and I have never experienced such amazing results as the ones I'm getting now taking EAS Recovery protein. This stuff works great and tastes awesome.
I have been using EAS Recovery Protein for about 6 months and I love it. This protein gives me the gains that I need and also minimizes recovery time. This allows me to spend as many days at the gym that I want without the typical soreness. The taste is great, which is what can be expected from the EAS brand. I consume 4 scoops on intense training days and 2 scoops on my off day.
I use this product regularly and enjoy the taste of both vanilla and chocolate. I attribute my ability to train hard day after day on the bicycle to the use of EAS Recovery Protein. HMB rocks!
This is impressive. I must say this is one of my favorite protein supplements. I have had from whey, to casein to soy, and this beats them all.
