I work two jobs and have little time for exercise anymore. One of my jobs is a physically demanding job. I thought that I would maintain my weight, but that wasn't the case. I have gained 60lbs in the last two years. I was recommended this product and since then, I have been losing steadily. I have the chocolate flavor and will be trying other flavor as sonn as my container is empty.
I never used a protein shake before and so far I like this product. I haven't seen results yet because i haven't really been using it everyday like I wanted to. I've only used it twice but it tastes really good with a banana and frozen strawberries. It also keeps me full for a long time, like about 3 - 4 hours
I was recommended to this product line by a pharmacist I work with who also uses it. Every morning I use it for breakfast and it varies to what ingredients I use. For the Vanilla I use fresh kale, blueberries/strawberries, and almond milk. The chocolate goes amazing with PB2 chocolate it curbs my urge to eat all the Reeses cups :)
Use this for meal replacement as I can't eat in morning. Works great for my blood sugar drop issues. Ordered from Jet as the price is the best [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I try to do a 5-6 small meals a day program with two meals a day being a light protein shake. I've had a hard time finding one that tastes good and is low enough calorie to mix in other ingredients without packing in the calories. This one is perfect! I actually use half the serving per use (1 scoop). half a cup of almond milk, then I add frozen berries to give it some flavor. All said and done it ends up being right around 100 calories and it tastes amazing! This is my new favorite shake. Also, this is way more affordable that competing shake phenomena retailers such as medifast, body by vi, and right size. I've only tasted the medifast, which aren't terrible... but these are way better.

I like to mix this vanilla protein powder in a shaker with low fat milk and put it on my cereal in the morning. It keeps me full until lunch time. It is also really good mixed into smoothies. Great product with no strange after-taste as long as you mix it in well. It seems to dissolve in liquids completely.
I am not a breakfast person, but since breakfast is an important part of a healthy meal plan I started drinking an EAS Advantedge Strawberry Cream Shake for breakfast. However I am very disappointed because I would love to buy the container of powder in a strawberry cream flavor, but it looks like it only comes in chocolate and vanilla. Therefore I have to purchase the premix shakes, but I am very pleased to say that by counting my calories, decreasing carbs and increasing protein intake I have successfully lost 90 pounds within 8 or 9 months. I give all the credit to EAS for providing the carb control shake with only 100 calories. The only reason I did not give 5 full stars review is because I can't get the strawberry in the powder form.
I've been using EAS 15 (3.4 lb bags) since Jan 2014. This 1.7 bucket is different... Something has been removed, left out or changed. I have to use 2 1/2 more product to get they same smoothie I had with one scoop of the same product that was in the 3.4 lb bags
I had been using this for about 6 months when I bought a new container and found it tasted terrible. I immediately dug my old container out of the trash and compared the ingredients. The new powder has soy protein isolates. Nowhere on the new package did it warn it had been changed. I went back to the store bought all of the other formulation but I am now out. The new formulation tastes terrible and I will no longer be using this brand of shake. I had recommended it to all my friends but now I am discouraging against it due to the chalky thick sawdust like shake you end up with.
