This project turned out better than I thought it would! I had to apply 2 coats, but the pint can is good for 3 applications. I did half my sons wall and it looks great!
I liked the paint, I covered a whole wall in it. You have to wait 3 days before you start using the chalkboard, so make sure you read the instructions on the back. My 4 kids use it everyday, and it holds up well.
This will be my 4th Chalkboard wall I have done and I love the ease and quality of this brand. Easy read instructions. Holds up well, my first wall is now 7 year's and still looks as good as the day it was applied with no issues.
I had to patch up a kitchen wall that I hang up receipts and calendars up on, so I decided to make it a chalk wall like a accent wall. Pretty cool. I make honest reviews.

love this stuff did my livingroom bottom halfs for kids to chalk draw and did bathroom vanitys....will be doing kitchen cabinets soon...cant wait definitely dresses up a room i will say look at cans different companies and batches can have a flatter look or more shine to it...i learned hard way and mix cans together when i have a bigger project to make sure stays consistent... but a little of this paint does go a long way guess because of texture within paint to make chalk board textures...
I didn't think I applied it correctly. I kept seeing streaking. But as it dried it smoothed out perfectly.
Mixes well, goes on nicely and has a smooth finish. Would have been 5 star if it were a better value.
This paint was a nightmare. Maybe the old formula wasnât as durable so they had to add a sheen? A dense foam roller and woven roller left bubbles, using multiple techniques and paint amounts. Pro bush, foam brush, and edger all produced flashing, or poor sheen uniformity in both small and large areas. 4 coated and 2 sandings and it was still terrible. I finally gave up!
This chalk paint had been opened and used.
