I was one of those people who just threw their laundry into the washer dumped in some soap and walked away. But now that I have discovered Downy Simple Pleasures Spice Blossom Dare my laundry routine has changed. I now throw my laundry into the washer, dump in some soap, open the Spice Blossom Dare bottle, SNIFF, toss in my loaded Downy ball, SNIFF, and walk away. My only issue is that you do not offer larger load bottles or dryer sheets. I hope that this changes in the future.
PLEASE do not discontinue this scent! It is the only fabric softener I've ever loved! I've been using it for months and I can't get enough of it. I love that the scent is rich and different - it doesn't reek of harsh flowers or chemicals, which is so rare for laundry scents.
Okay, I would ONLY recommend this to a friend if there were plenty of bottles on the shelf, otherwise they are all mine!!! LOVE the scent and silky feel so much that I have started taking clean clothes out of the closet and doing a rinse & spin cycle just so I can add this wonderful softener. It makes my t-shirts feel like silk blouses! I also love the fact it eliminates static cling since I live in a very arid climate. I would like a lifetime supply!!!
The spice scent is the best ever! I don't understand why it has become so hard to find in retail stores. Thankfully I can get it online. I just wish they made a dryer sheet and some of the unstoppable pellets to match. I would buy and use all of them. I can't get enough of this scent. The others are nice, but this is definitely the best by far!
This is such an unsual, but feminine scent. I like to use this softener when washing my sheets and towels.The scent lingers for quite a while.Spice Blossom, in my opinion, is not for men's clothing. Spice Bloom is very similar to the old Downy scent "Tropical Bloom".I love this fragrance.I hope that Downy keeps this scent. It is difficult to find in retail outlets, though.
I love this Downy fragrance! Spice Blossom Dare is the best yet. I really like that it's not overpowering yet I can still smell it some days later when I take a garment out of the closet to wear. Please bring back in the 165 load size, and dryer sheets would be great too. Please don't discontinue this one! How about TIDE in this scent too?!!?
I love the simple pleasures line. It's like the Louis Vuitton of laundry products. Please offer the spice blossom in dryer sheets. I have all the other sets. I only use them as a set..never mix. I love them all Part time worker.....full time wife and mom
i have always disliked the smell of liquid fabric softeners but chose final touch because it didn't smell like a "laundromat". now FINALLY a pretty scent w/out being too flowery or spicey. since smelling it @ my house all my fam uses it too and the hubs likes it too!
When I took a sniff from the bottle in the store, I was not quite sure..., but took it home anyway. OMG, when the clothes come out of the dryer, I find myself taking a whiff of the clothes before I fold them. When I used Spice Blossom Dare for my sheets, I actually found comfort in the scent of my pillow as I fell asleep. I know this sounds dramatic, but this product is GREAT! I don't know if it is my imagination or not, but the clothes actually feel softer than with the regular Downy that I have used for years. Please do not discontinue this product, and if possible introduce it in the dryer sheets. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL PRODUCT!!! BTW, the bottle is a pretty color too! Good job Downy people!
I don't use fabric softeners because I just never like the way they smell very often. This stuff is Awesome! I LOVE it. I hope Downy NEVER quits making this and will make dryer sheets to match. I never use dryer sheet much either but I would use these for EVERY load if I could.
