It is a very precision razor shaves very smooth an no face irritation better then any of the other ones i have owned great improvements in all around shaving. Have used this brand for many years.
I bought this for my husband as a Christmas present this year. I think Norelco is a great brand, and it was a great price. my husband loves it and uses it everyday. a great buy
the product is fine and the service getting it to me was no hassel. I am in a wheel Chair and my caregiver picked it up and there was no problems at the Aberdeen, WA store
I've had my last Norelco shaver for almost 3 years and have been very happy with it, until lately. I just wasn't getting a very close shave. I did read up about it and they suggest you change the shaver heads once a year. Well, I had never changed the heads on my shaver in 3 years, so when I started looking around to buy some replacements heads, I discovered that the heads costs almost as much as a new shaver, around $40.00 . Urgh. So, I ordered this new Norelco shaver for almost the same price. So far, I'm very happy with it and the shave I get from it. One other thing I really like it better than my last one is , you can use it with or without the electric cord ( assuming the battery is charged), my last one would only work once the battery was charged, even if you had it plugged in, it seems like it only ran from the battery.
I am a long time razor blade user, thinking I cannot get as close of shave with an electric razor. I have to say I am surprised how close this razor gets... and adding the convenience of not having to use shaving cream and no clean up.. makes it super easy to shave. Comfortable and easy to use, I get no irritation from this razor. Would definitely recommend it to a friend. nose hair trimmer is a nice little bonus too.
Easy to use and clean (rinse in tap water). Comfortable design to hold and operate. Fast, thorough, comfortable shave - even when I am sweaty or the bathroom is full of hot water steam. Charges quickly and empties, slowly. Service rep who registered my product by phone was excellent - very helpful and courteous.
Initially it was a bit rough and would catch or burn unless I was very careful. Eventually learned it was no good after a shower. Later, after my skin had apparently dried more, it worked like a charm. Part of the problem may have also been my not shaving every day. The shorter the whiskers, the smoother it went.
Vastly improved over the first model I bought fifty years ago. Will never match the closeness of a blade, but provides a clean appearance in between. Very comfortable shave. Easy clean up. Good value for money. Color stinks. Apparently intended for the younger crowd.
So far the shave has been close and comfortable. The grip is very ergonomic. The charger is working well.
Bought this after several years with a cheaper model from Norelco. I'm retired and shave usually every other day. (Theory is I don't have to look great, only that I've tried!) Gives a reasonably close shave; I have been using Blocman pre shave talc, which works well, but in a rushed morning I'll go back to the Williams Lectric Shave, which I don't like but seems ok on the shave. One criticism: The fact that the blades are on a hinged unit means that you probably won't drop the upper piece, but the downside is that the position of the blades never changes, so blades don't alternate between more and less difficult shaving areas. All in all satisfactory, but I haven't had it for long.
