I have very sensitive skin and have tried so many different cream in my life, but this is amazingly fits my skin. By applying this cream in the morning and at night after washing my face, it stays moisturized without getting rough or flaky. It may be primarily made for the body, but it suits my face perfectly. I'm glad I found this cream! !
I bought this cream about a week ago, but started seeing results right away. I have combination skin (generally oily, but dry patches on my nose). I started to use this as a night cream (its a little heavy, personally, for day use) and my dry patches are gone by the time I go to put on my makeup in the morning. Also, it doesn't make my oily skin any worse. The second best part is that you can use so little to do so much! I have a feeling this 453g container will last me years!
I love how this moisturizer doesn't leave my skin feeling oily and it still does the trick. Spreads very nice and you don't need a whole lot either when applying to get the job done!
This cream has been a no-fail fixture in my skincare routine going on 6 years now, after a nasty first experience with facial eczema forced me to rethink and relearn everything I knew about skincare. I've tried more expensive moisturizers and I always keep coming back to plain old Cerave cream. It does exactly what it says on the tin, and it never leaves my skin looking greasy, ruddy, or dehydrated. It almost seems to have a blanketing, calming effect on my fussy skin. No potentially irritating ingredients, just tried-and-true glycerin, petrolatum and ceramides, but with a subtle non-greasy matte effect that I don't know how they achieve without silica or other powdery additives. I buy it in bulk and it lasts me forever. So long as the formulation doesn't change, I'll forever repuchase this.
This cream is so good! I agree it doesn't look shiny and oily yet it moisturizes so well. It's a thick cream and I find it doubles as a primer under makeup, it blurs and leaves a matte finish. You get a lot for the price, I just wish there was a safety seal on their products.
I have been using this for years. This is my first jar that has a strange smell, almost like fish once applied to the skin. The jar is not expired, it's stored at room temp at my home. Not sure how it was stored prior, but I've never experienced this before and it's a bummer because it costs a lot, so I feel obligated to continue to use it despite the smell.
I've purchased this a week ago. The product in the container doesn't have a smell but after you apply the cream on your body it starts smelling like rotten fish.
I used to buy this all the time but I bought it recently and it seem different. Feels gross now. Won't be rebuying
I don't see what the hype is about. This is extremely difficult to spread. Takes a lot of effort. This is greasy, does not absorb well at all. My skin felt dry 30 minutes after applying, even though I massaged in a lot of product and for a long time. Will return for sure.
I bought it from Costco. after i open it, the smell is not strong. but after you apply to the skin, the terrible urine smell starts to appear. i wonder if it is because of the product formula or quality issue.
