I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these pans. They are very heavy and durable. One pan was bent a bit when I got it home from the site-to-store pick up. I don't know if it was dented during transport or by me when I put it in the car. I am guessing during transport, because I was unable to manipulate the pan back to a completely flat surface. I would be careful about ordering it with anything that might scratch the surface or anything heavy that could ding it. With normal daily use, I doubt it would be damaged, because it really is made of quite heavy material. I have yet to use the pans, so I cannot comment on whether or not they are truly non-stick, or how well things bake on them, but I am expecting good results based on appearance.
I purchased two of these cookie sheets at least 8 months ago. For awhile, they were great, and I absolutely loved them. Now, and over the last couple of months, they get WAY too hot. They burn the bottom of anything I try to bake, like biscuits and cookies. In addition, I am currently sporting a lovely blister on one of my fingers because one of my sheets burned me right through the pot holder the day before yesterday when I was baking garlic bread.
