It is heavy in weight. easy to clean. cools down quicker then baking tins making it ready for the next batch quicker
I really like my doughnut pan. Wilton is a great producer of excellant bakeware. However, I used a recipe I found on line from someone who used the Wilton Doughnut pan. I followed it exactly. My doughnuts came out over cooked and dry. Nobody liked them so I had to throw them away (gave them to the Crows). I will try again with the recipe that was on the pan paper cover. I will come back with a new review.
