Great Pan

I wanted to try square little desserts, and this pan looked like it would fit the bill. And so it did... so far I have used it for cupcakes, muffins, and brownies. No more fighting for the brownie ends, with only middles left in the pan! I did use pan-release, and the brownies came out very easily. Tried the muffins with and without papers, and both worked well. I liked this pan so much, I ordered a second so I can use both at once. Only one problem: since the pan is so long, it does not fit length-wise in my oven (which I believe is standard size); I had to stagger them on 2 shelves, and switched them at halfway done, just to be sure.
