I bought 2 of these before Christmas and baked over 20 dozen items. Even today, there is not even a scratch--can't even tell it's been used. Awesome product.
This pan is great and produces nice cookies but I do have an issue when I put it into the oven. The underside has a tendency to catch on the oven shelf and I have to lift it up over the lip of the oven rack. Sometimes I have had the cookie balls slide off the cookie sheet. It does let the cookies bake up really nice though.
I will probably only use this pan to warm some bread. it's dangerous to put in the oven because it catches on the front of the rack and when you pull it out of the oven the cookies come sliding right at you! dangerous and easy to get burnt using this thing!
I like the way this pan bakes cookies. They come out of the oven perfectly. However, I do not like the lip on the bottom of the pan as it catches on the front of the stove rack. This makes it a little difficult for me to use and dangerous for my granddaughters to use.
You claim these pans are stick free pans. They are when you first get the. But after about 13mths or so they loose their non stick. Everything I cook on them sticks now. I can put cheese on it and melt it and it sticks. Wish not be buying these ever again and going to let others know about it also. Will spend my money on another brand. It's bad when I need aluminum foil for these pans
